Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded (Etsy policy). However:

I'll resend or replace immediately

Quality guarantee: Every illustration is checked before listing. If you receive a file that's genuinely faulty, I'll fix it or refund you.

To request refund: Contact emma@elkillustrations.co.uk within 48 hours of purchase with your order number and description of the issue.

Refunds processed within: 5-7 working days to original payment method.

Not eligible for refund:

- Change of mind after download

- Compatibility issues with your software (file format clearly stated before purchase)

- Quality concerns (all products show actual illustrations before purchase)

Subscription services are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellation policy:

- Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice via email

- Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing cycle

- No refunds for partial months

- You receive all work for months paid

Example:

Cancel on March 10th → Receive March delivery → Final payment April 1st → Receive April delivery → Subscription ends.

You may pause your subscription instead of cancelling. See [Subscription Terms] for details.

REFUNDS:

- Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable
